LOCC reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect, but has been damaged by the customer,  or to prevent fraud or abuse.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return: 7 day return if manufacturing defect 
• State of return: Items must be in good condition, clean, ideally with original packaging and components. 
• Process for return: Contact us by phone,  or text message,  we will return your call.
• No cash refund,  product replacement only.
