LOCC, offer Property Preservation Cleaning Services for inside and outside of foreclosed, vacant or occupied properties. We handle trash outs, debris removal of all contents from a property. This is often done for post-sale properties, where the mortgagor no longer has rights to the property or it's contents.
Trash outs are one of the jobs that we perform, along with other tasks such as:

* Winterizing properties
* Maid services
* Lawn maintenance /grass cuts
* Property Inspections
* Abandoned Vehicles removal
* Hazardous Waste removal
* Appliance removal
* Best practices of cleaning and disposal
The trashout includes leaving the interior of the property in broom swept condition.
INSPECTIONS & REPAIRS: It's important to keep our clients informed and updated about the property. Further, it identifies and resolves any problems or risk that may arise. Inspection services are usually performed before, during, or after the repair or maintenance of the property.
Minor repairs or replacements and maintenance: Fixing leaky faucets, installing new bathroom hardware removing and applying caulking. Painting, window replacement or repair, doors, decks, fences. Light fixtures installation, drywall, gutters and downspouts, unplugging toilets. Cabinets, kitchen counters, hardwood floors and carpet installation and cleaning.
